ClearMash knowledge network allows creating and managing a personalized profile for every employee. The knowledge network is comprised from employees communities based on the enterprise’s formal structure and can be expanded with ad-hoc groups, project teams and specialized teams. Employees can easily locate and engage other employees using the knowledge network by using chat conversation, massages and guided browsing.
ClearMash collaboration capabilities allow employees to share and discuss their ideas and insights with other group members. Each group or team can manage their knowledge separately from other groups. Knowledge can be shared within a team, across groups or throughout the entire enterprise. An advanced and easy to use permissions control ensures that knowledge is only visible, editable or controlled by the authorized employees.
